Arlington Community Federal Credit Union serves core membership groups, including Arlington Public Schools, Arlington County Government, Virginia Hospital Center, and the whole Arlington community—plus the City of Falls Church, the City of Alexandria, and Fairfax County!

We aren’t just your financial partner, we’re your neighbor. Arlington isn’t just a place we work, it’s a community that we’re proud to be a part of—and we’re committed to helping it thrive.

Join Us

As a member-owned cooperative, Arlington Community FCU believes we should share the responsibility of financially empowering our community, just as we share the joys of its successes.

While we give our profits back to our members through lower rates and fees, we’re always looking for opportunities to work with our communities of public servants, teachers, healthcare workers, community volunteers, and more.

Whether it’s an investment of our time, expertise, or funds, our commitment to remarkable service extends beyond the walls of our branches.

Roles on community boards and committees

We work together.

A community that works together triumphs together. That’s why we partner up with members and other local businesses to make sure Arlington never loses what makes it so special: A community of neighbors dedicated to supporting each other’s success.

Examples of Our Partnerships

In good times and in hard times, we are here to serve our community. When our community was affected by the coronavirus, we acted quickly.

We donate our greatest resource: Time.

We created the Arlington Community Volunteers (ACV) program to make it easier for our team members to find opportunities to give back to the community they love by volunteering for a cause they care about. Find the perfect opportunity for you with Volunteer Arlington.

Where We Volunteer

We educate.

We partner with nonprofits and local government to deliver unique financial seminars and education sessions to community members, local businesses, and area schools. We also conduct workshops in our facilities or yours, on topics such as budgeting, identity theft, online banking, credit scores, and saving.

Do you have a need that you think we can help serve? Let’s see if we can help! Contact our Community Involvement Team at community@alivewithitems.com1 and tell us more.
